Jenkin Thomas 61 Glamorganshire 1830 Son

William Thomas 57 Glamorganshire 1834 Son

Seems there is a prediliction for sons to remain single - as all of them are shown thus.

Mary Jones 25 Glamorganshire 1866 Servant Employee

Thomas Thomas 62 Glamorganshire 1829 Farmer Son

Interestingly, he is shown as a SON - so, either his Mother was away on the day of the Census, or she had passed away. Given that she was aged 77 in 1881, it is possible that she had died or was incapacitated.

The Bridgend and Neath Chronicle of 9th June 1893 (Page 5) shows a brief article indicating that a Mr Thomas Thomas had agreed to become the Postmaster for the village of Bettws.

In the Central Glamorgan Gazette of Friday 13th May, 1892, Page 3, there is a Thomas Thomas involved in the case of a dead sheep in Lluest, Pont yr Hyl. No indication if this is the same Thomas Thomas.
